9. Keynote Management Standard

9.1 Removal of Legacy Folder

The following folder is no longer allowed:

Path / value: /Keynote_Template

9.2 New Standard Location

Keynotes must be stored in Forma Data Management alongside the Revit project files.

9.3 Local Exception Policy

If a keynote file must exist locally:

• It must be placed directly next to the Revit model.

• No subfolders are allowed.

• The exception requires direct manager approval.

• No exception is valid without approval.
